Hi friends today I will show you new trick about  insert music or video into microsoft word.

Microsoft office word Is the one of program used to create a simple documents, reports, letters and so on. Also word processing used to design a some of publications. So by using microsoft word program you can insert music or movies.

How to insert musics or movies in microsoft office word

Steps:

•  Click start button.
• Click all programs.
• Click microsoft office.
• Click microsoft office word 2007.
• After opened a microsoft word, click insert tab.
• In text tool group, click the down arrow on the word Object.
• Click the word object.
• Click the word create from file.
• Click browse, then find a music or video you want to insert.
• Put a tick on the box in word display as icon.
• Click ok.

 Today I will show you about RAM and ROM memory .


 RAM(RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY).
 Is the temporary memory on the computer that used to stores data or information or programs on current used. Also a data it can loose when a electricity a powered off. RAM located on the motherboard, and RAM it is very important devices on the computer because used store data or programs in current used only.
Examples - Word processing, Mozilla browser e.t.c.



 ROM(READ ONLY MEMORY).
 Is the memory ships located on the motherboard that used store data or instructions. The most characteristic of ROM it is can't loose a data when an electricity switch off.
Examples- Date and time.

Mouse Is the main input devices which used to enter data or information in the computer. Main function of mouse use to opening a file or folder in the computer.

There are three parts of Mouse.

• Left button mouse.
• Scroll wheel mouse.
• Right button mouse

BUTTON	FUNCTIONS
Left button	This button used to select a contents on the computer, also used to open a files and folders.
Right button	This button used to show a more options such as open, delete, cut, copy and other option on the computer.
Scroll wheel	This part used to preview a page Up and page Down.

•Procedure:

• Click allow facing of shut down or turn off.

• In the coming dialogue box, click restart.

o Stand by is action of computer to see like switch off but not switching off.

    Four Basic Units of Electricity.
    
    
    • Voltage (V) is a measure of the force required to push electrons through a circuit. Voltage is measured in volts. A computer power supply usually produces several different voltages.
    •   Current (I) is a measure of the amount of electrons going through a circuit. Current is measured in amperes, or amps (A). Computer power supplies deliver different amperages for each output voltage.
    •  Power (P) is voltage multiplied by current. The measurement is called watts (W). Computer power supplies are rated in watts.
    • Resistance (R) is the opposition to the flow of current in a circuit. Resistance is measured in ohms. Lower resistance allows more current to flow through a circuit.
